Please accept our heartfelt sympathy as we mourn Glo's loss. Glo has been a part of my family for over 65 years. She always listened; no matter how trivial the matter was. Many life lessons were taught by Glo. She was genuine, loving, direct, honest, nurturing and funny. We all have shared many laughs over the years. When there were trying times, Glo was there. As I grew, she welcomed members of my family and friends from all over the country. We never had a cross word. We genuinely enjoyed spending time with you all. She counseled me many times, imparting wisdom that I needed; especially when I did not make the smartest choices.
I can not express this profound loss with mere words. All I can say is that I lost my friend, sister, third mom, mentor, teacher, confidant, bridesmaid, investment counselor, and bestie. Rick, Andrea and I are going to miss Glo. The 2024 Christmas card that I received was signed, "Thomas and Gloria, your forever family!".
Our family has relied upon you all for years. We love you guys.
We are praying that God strengthens, sustains, and comforts you as we all navigate this season of bereavement. He doesn't make mistakes. He does not give us more that we can carry. If I know Glo, she is in heaven reacquainting herself with family and friends. If there is anything that we can do, let us know. I thought there would be more time. Glo will be m i s s e d!
