Obituary of Daniel Davis

Mr. Daniel Davis, 88, of Garland City, AR. Mr. Davis died Friday, July 27, 2012, at Dubuis Hospital of Texarkana-South in Texarkana, TX. Mr. Davis was well known for his plumbing and carpentry work in the Garland City, Lewisville, Waldo, and Texarkana areas. He also picked and sold pecans seasonally. Due to preexisting health problems, Mr. Davis was without insurance coverage. A "Daniel Davis Love Fund" has been established at Bancorp South Bank to defray the funeral cost with payment sent directly to Henderson's Mortuary in Magnolia, AR. The family requests that donations be made in lieu of flowers or gifts. Any and all donations will be greatly appreciated. Graveside services will be Saturday, August 18, 2012, 11:00 a.m. in the Crossroads Cemetery, Lewisville, AR.
