Obituary of Mary Cooper

Mary Cooper, age 73, died Sunday, March 10, 2013 at Specialty Select Hospital of Carrollton, TX, following a brief illness. Mrs. Cooper was born June 23, 1939 in Emerson, AR. She is the daughter of the late Jake and the late Allie Mae (Copeland) Jamerson. She was a devoted mother, survived by three sons: Marion Cooper, Ronald Cooper, and James Cooper of Magnolia, AR; five daughters: Lucretia Love, Kathy Webster, Baronda Owens, and Angie Davis of Magnolia, AR, and Shelia Lenzy of St. Louis, MO; four sisters: Georgia Daniels and Earnestine Cooper of Magnolia, AR, Lennie Pearl Walker of Houston, TX, and Gladys Hughes of Kansas City, MO; five brothers: John Jamerson, Early Jamerson, Leonard Jamerson, and Lawrence Jamerson of Magnolia, AR, and Irie Jamerson of Little Rock, AR. Mrs. Cooper also has eighteen grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. The funeral will be held 2:00 pm on Saturday, March 16 at Columbia Baptist District Center/Youngblood Auditorium, 611 S. Madison, Magnolia, AR with Supt. Larry Roach officiating. Burial will follow in Noxube Cemetery, Emerson under the direction of Henderson Funeral Service.
