Obituary of Bennie Beene

Benie Beene, age 85, Hwy 79 S, Emerson, died Friday, November 3, 2017 at Heritage Nursing Center of Haynesville, LA. Mr. Beene was born October 1, 1932 in Claiborne Parish, LA. He is the son of the late Benie, Sr. and the late Odessa (Moody) Beene. He married Mildred McDowell on September 15, 1956. He made his living as a machine operator at the Partee Flooring Mill in Magnolia, AR. He professed faith in the Lord Jesus Christ and was a member of Pleasant Home CME Church, in Emerson, where Rev. Earl Jones is pastor. He is survived by his wife: Mildred (McDowell) Beene; one brother: Glen Beene, two sisters: Georgia Harris and Joyce Beene, and a host of other relatives and friends by whom he will be greatly missed. xxx
