I met Mrs. Irene-Russ, 39 years ago at, J.A. West department store. I was looking for fabric for my wedding dress, but I didn’t have a seamstress in mind. This beautiful lady, whom I didn’t know or had ever seen.She offered to make my dress.I was sorry to hear of her passing. She will always have a special place in our hearts, mine and my husband.
